Vegan “Cheese Spread”

1 15 ounce can/jar Great Northern, alubias or navy beans drained and rinsed
1/4 cup chopped pimientos
6 tablespoons nutritional yeast
2 tablespoons lemon juice
2 tablespoons hot water
1/2 tablespoon soy sauce
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon Dijon mustard
1/4 teaspoon salt
Place all ingredients in a food processor and blend until very smooth.
Refrigerate before serving.
Great for sandwiches
