Sofrito Spanish Cooking Classes Blog

The Culinary Adventures of Casa Cebadillas Cooking Class Teachers and Students

Do Spanish cooking classes interest you? Enjoy reading the fun stories and adventures of the staff and students of Casa Cebadillas' culinary classes below, and be sure to leave your comments and questions.

Our Culinary Season is starting and what a better way to let you know what is happening around our village and share stories about the students' adventures. We call this SOFRITO because, we learn in the Path to Paella, the reduction of certain vegetables becomes "Sofrito" so this is a reduction of some of the experiences at Casa Cebadillas as students come to LearnToCookinSpain.com

We're confident that the stories will inspire you to come to Torrox, Spain and take a culinary class yourself. It's a delicious celebration of great Spanish food and an experience you'll never forget.
