Shepard Pie

by Mama Mac
(Nerja)

Now that I think of it am just prepping for tomorrow night so my recipes as you always say I'm secretive about them, truly I'm not, I cook according to what's in the kitchen cupboard so my dishes are never quite the same as such.

I have just sauteed 3 red onions, and then cooked 2 kilos of carne picado de ternera (less fat) and when that has cooked on a slow heat for about 20 mins, chuck in the sauteed onions, salt, pepper, parsley and oregano and mix thoroughly and then add tomate frito (canned/tinned tomatoe sauce),

I don't do measurements so its hard to tell you how much I use but I tend to put in quite a lot of parsley and oregano, basically because I love the smell, so there we go, its easy peasey even his Lordship could do it if he actually tried, but I don't think I'd risk it somehow!
