sashimi de atún/ tuna sashimi

200g tuna steak, cut in dice of 3 cm.
Sesamo oil (also is possible with olive oil)
Soya/soy sauce
6 spoons of trout roe (optional)
Marinade the tuna dice 5 minutes in the sesamo oil and the soy sauce.
Drive each one into a brochette and put some roe on top.
