Rye bread

by Monna
(Almunecar)

50 gr yeast
6 dl luke warm water
4 sp syrup
6 sp oil
2 sp salt
600 gr rye flour
500 – 600 gr wheat flour

Add the yeast to the lukewarm water.

Add rest of the ingredients and form a thick roll and put it in a bake form. Put a warm place for about 1 hour until almost double size.

Make holes in the bread with a bamboo pin right to the bottom of the form. Bake the bread in the bottom of the oven for about 45 min at 180 gr C. (The first 10 min the oven can be 200 gr. C).

Let cool before you try to slice the bread.
