Reuben Casserole

1 pkg. Swiss Cheese
1 lb. deli Pastrami or Corned Beef
1 large pkg. Sauerkraut, rinsed
1 bottle of your favorite Thousand Island Dressing
1/2 cube of butter
black pepper
Slices of Rye bread

Spray a medium sized casserole dish with cooking spray. Line the bottom of the pan with a layer of rye bread. Spread the rinsed sauerkraut on top of rye bread, and pepper generously. Pour the dressing evenly over the sauerkraut. Layer the deli meat and cheese and bake at 350 degrees for 30-45 minutes. Serve with "deli-mustard" on the side and a dill pickle.
