Paneer Kebabs

* 500g paneer cheese, cut into cubes
* 1 red onion , cut into large chunks
* red and yellow pepper , 1 of each, cut into chunks
* 4 tbsp olive oil
* 1 garlic clove , crushed
* 1 tsp grated root ginger
* 1 tsp garam masala
* 1 tsp dried chilli flakes
* 2 tsp ground coriander
* 1 tbsp lemon juice
* a handful of fresh coriander , chopped

1. Soak 8 wooden skewers in water for 30 minutes. Combine all the ingredients in a large bowl, season, cover with clingfilm and chill for 30 minutes.
2. Thread the paneer cubes, onion and peppers onto the skewers then grill under a high heat for about 8-10 minutes, turning every few minutes, until golden.
