Maizena crackers

Maizena-crackers

125 gr maiz flour
250 gr wheat flour
125 gr margarine
1 tsp baking-powder
50 gr white sugar
1 egg
1 dl milk
½ tsp vanilla sugar

Mix everything together. Roll out on a table – very thin. Cut out with a glass 6-7 cm dia.

Bake in the oven at 175 gr Celsius until a bit coloured.

To be kept in a jar or can with tight lid.

Tastes very good with only butter or your favorite cheese.
