Liver Paté (Famous Danish national recipe)

375 gr of pig's liver
125 gr of pigs fat
1 onion
1½ sp flour
1 egg
2½ dl milk
1 tsp salt
¼ tsp pepper
bacon in slices
1 little glass of anchovies in vinegar
Chop the liver, onion, anchovies and pigs fat. Add flour, egg and milk and put in salt and pepper.
Put in forms and put the bacon slices on top. Put in the oven plate with water at the bottom
Put the plate in the oven (180 gr C) for about 45 min. a little longer if the form is ceramic.
Can be kept in the freezer for about 2 months.
Eat on open sandwich with rye-bread
