Lazy Burgers

500g lean minced pork 500g lean minced beef
Try and have them minced together if possible.
Mix the two meats and add a packet of dry onion soup mix. Mix all together. cover and leave in the fridge. It is best to leave all day so the soup mix permeates the meat.
Form burgers by hand or using metal ring!! Grill.
