Laid Back Spicey Noodles

Spicy Noodle Recipe Ingredients:

Chicken
Ginger Root
Garlic
Onion
Cloves (Remove before serving)
Pinch of Cinnamon
Black Pepper
Dark Soy Sauce
Mushrooms, Bamboo Shoots and salt to taste (Add these three ingredients last, with about a minute of cooking time left to go.)
Egg Noodles

This is a very quick, easy and laid-back Caribbean/Oriental style recipe. Quantities of each ingredient depend on how many people you are cooking for, and personal tastes!

Cut the chicken into small pieces. Heat a small amount of oil in a wok or frying pan and sear/brown the meat. Add the spices and the soy sauce and cook for 15 minutes.
During this time bring a pan of water to the boil and add the egg noodles. Simmer, covered for one minute. Remove pan from heat and drain, serving with the meat and spices as quickly as possible. If there is a delay keep the noodle pan covered to prevent them drying out.

The great thing about this recipe is that if you make too much it re-heats in a microwave perfectly.
If you don’t make enough … you’ll still be hungry!
