1 EGG SEPARATED
2 C. FLOUR
1/2 tsp. CINNAMON
1 tsp. WATER
1/2 C. FINE CHOPPED WALNUTS
MIX SUGAR, MARGARINE, & EGG YOLK.
STIR FLOUR AND CINNAMON TOGETHER & ADD TO SUGAR MIXTURE.
PRESS ONTO COOKIE SHEET. SHOULD BE ABOUT 1/4 in. THICK. BEAT EGG WHITE & WATER UNTIL FROTHY. SPREAD ON COOKIE BATTER AND SPRINKLE ON NUTS.
BAKE 350 DEGREES FOR 20 TO 25 MINUTES.
CUT IMMEDIATELY.
