Hungarian Liptauer Cheese Spread

This spread is delicious on dark German bread or crackers. It's also great under smoked salmon.
Ingredients:
8 ozs. cream cheese cut into small pieces
4 tablespoons. (1/2 stick) unsalted butter, cut into small pieces
1small onion, minced
1 tbsp capers, drained
1&1/2 tablespoons sweet Hungarian paprika
1tsp. Dijon mustard
1tsp. anchovy paste
2tsps. caraway seeds
Mix together slowly by hand. Do not use a mixer with blades.
