Paella at home!
Hello Christopher and Arthur,
Think back to early September, and you gave a Paella class, where 2 old Aussies, a resident old Pom, and his grand daughter and her boyfriend, attended.
Good news is, we are the good looking Aussies, not the Poms who didn't eat that fantastic flan, or drink the luscious Sangria. We made up for them!!
Attached is Paella number 4. For the first three, I used a smaller enameled pan, but this is my new, 4 person heavy steel number. The Paella, using chicken and pork for meats, was yummy, we had leftovers for lunch. Funny thing, as we sat down to eat it, Anita said "Oh my God, we've forgotten the butter beans"! Still yummy anyway.
It seems like ages ago, but we had a fantastic day with you, a lot of fun, good food, wine and company, as life should be.
