Feltersnatch Bloody Mary

2 oz. vodka
2 oz. tomato juice
1/4 teaspoon horseradish
2 tsp. fresh lemon juice
Splash Worcestershire
Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
Cayenne pepper to taste (can use splash Tabasco)
Lemon wedge, for garnish

Combine ingredients in a mixing glass, stir, and pour into an ice-filled collins glass. Garnish with lemon.
