Ezra's Granola Bringing the Neighbors to Our Door

IT RAINED! Finally! It was a little, but enough to cool the place off and clean the terraces!

Made a batch of Ezra's Granola that is so good people knock on our door when they smell it! Our neighbors don't bother putting milk on it they sit outside and eat it straight out of the bag!

Have a welcome pack prepared for our first students arrival tomorrow. Cava, granola, cheese, fruit, bread, jam, milk, orange juice, chocolate and dried fruit. Who wants to go to the store after THAT flight??? We always have provisions for the culinary students so when they are relaxing at home they can have a little snack.

Also we find students like inviting each other to their houses and sharing their bottles of cava! I am really excited this week is about to begin!
