Casa Cebadillas Culinary Vacation Terms and Conditions

Prices & Dates.Dates are subject to availability, and are confirmed at time of deposit payment. Prices are guaranteed at time of final payment.

Form of Payment.We accept Pay Pal or Bank Transfers. PayPal accepts VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Diners or checks. Fees are in Euro.

DepositA 50% deposit per person (362.50 Euro) is required to hold your reservation and is required at time of booking to secure your culinary vacation dates. Please note: Your deposit is non-refundable after 60 days prior to your arrival due to the fact that our travel planning partners for accommodations, materials and transfers require this deposit to be paid to reserve their services.

Balance due. Balance is due no later than 60 days before departure. In the event that the balance is not paid by the due date, Marin Property Services & Casa Cebadillas reserves the right to cancel the culinary vacation reservation & cancellation fees will be applicable.

Cancellations and RefundsIn the event that you must cancel your reservation prior to departure, the following cancellation fees will be applicable: 60 days or more prior to departure: 100% deposit refundable less service fees from PayPal or Banks30 days prior to departure: 50% refundable15 days or less prior to departure: 100% non-refundableMarin Property Services & Casa Cebadillas must receive a written letter of cancellation. Changes are considered cancellations and subject to fees.

Documentation and Passports.It is the sole responsibility of the attendee to ensure that he/she has the required documentation for entry to Spain. In the event that the participant is denied entry for any reason, no refund will be considered.

Health & Trip Cancellation Insurance.The purchase of travel insurance is highly recommended. Guests joining a Culinary Vacation Holiday at Casa Cebadillas must have an appropriate level of personal travel insurance for their chosen holiday. Your insurance policy MUST INCLUDE cover for contents, health and medical emergencies.

Unused Tour Services.Unused tour services are non-refundable & non-transferrable.

Modifications to Travel Services. Marin Property Services & Casa Cebadillas reserves the right to make changes to the culinary tour and course as new and improved opportunities present themselves - including changes to accommodation, excursions, transportation & tour schedule.

Cancellation by Marin Property Services & Casa CebadillasMarin Property Services & Casa Cebadillas reserves the right to cancel any Culinary Holiday if necessary. In the event of cancellation, we will refund all payments made to Marin Property Services & Casa Cebadillas

Local Conditions.Local conditions may differ from those in your home country. Marin Property Services & Casa Cebadillas cannot be held responsible for any inconvenience arising as a result of the different levels of living standards. Please visit the Expectations section on the web site to review level of expectations. Marin Property Services & Casa Cebadillas endeavours to be a responsible holiday provider and does its utmost to ensure your safety at all times. However, you participate in a Culinary Holiday at your own risk. Old Spain has cobblestoned streets and many stairs. Everyone should use caution and use hand rails.

Act of God/Force Majeure.Marin Property Services & Casa Cebadillas and/or its suppliers cannot assume liability for any loss, damage or injury resulting from an Act of God or Force Majeure.

Marin Property Services & Casa Cebadillas Responsibility.Marin Property Services & Casa Cebadillas makes arrangements for accommodation, excursions, cooking schools, transportation with other travel partners to provide travel services. Although we take great care in selecting these suppliers, we have no control over them, and therefore, cannot be responsible for their acts or omissions.

When you have completed and submitted the enrolment form, you and all named persons on your booking form enter a contract with Marin Property Services & Casa Cebadillas based upon Marin Property Services & Casa Cebadillas advertising literature and the terms and conditions set out here - please note that making a reservation does not constitute a contract with Marin Property Services & Casa Cebadillas.

To participate in a Culinary Holiday with Casa Cebadillas You must be 21 years of age or older to join a Marin Property Services & Casa Cebadillas holiday. All persons under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult over the age of 25 who accepts responsibility for them.

Your reservation deposit indicates acceptance of the Terms & Conditions and limits our responsibility. By submitting the enrollment form, you are accepting, on behalf of all named persons on the booking form, the terms and conditions of Marin Property Services & Casa Cebadillas. Although unusual, Marin Property Services & Casa Cebadillas reserves the right to refuse any booking.

Marin Property Services & Casa Cebadillas does its very best to ensure that your holiday is everything you expected it to be, and that you return home happy and satisfied with your time spent with us. However, if any problem should arise during your holiday, please inform Marin Property Services & Casa Cebadillas as soon as possible so that the problem can be resolved quickly and efficiently.
