Each year our club generates and awards a substantial amount of money to Spanish Chairities as our way of saying "Thank you" to our host country. Sometimes we want to find a different recipe for items that are easily found here in Spain or maybe a recipe from America or Norway or England that can be prepared here locally. Often we forget some of the wonderful recipes available. Cooking Club of Spain invites anyone to submit a recipe to be posted here and shared. There is no cost, no fees just an exchange of recipe ideas.
