Your gift recipient will begin their culinary experience with a pick-up from the airport in Malaga, Spain’s Costa del Sol in a private car. They are whisked away to a small rural village by the sea and taken to their village townhouse to rest from their travels.

The next day, they are free to roam the streets of Torrox and see the remnants from the Moorish rule and discover why the Romans and Phoenicians were so fascinated with this area.

That evening, they will be taken to Casa Cebadillas for a Moorish influenced meal dining on a private terrace viewing the countryside, village and sea.

The next day they will spend the morning learning the history of Paella, shop locally at the market and return to have a hands-on experience preparing a Paella, Sangria and Sopa de Ajo Blanco and enjoy flan for dessert.

That evening they can explore the night life of Torrox.

The following morning, an excursion to the Alpujarra mountains in a private air-conditioned motor coach to see two villages and visit a factory where the famous Serrano Ham is cured. This day is followed with a typical Alpujarran lunch and a relaxing journey back to Torrox.

After a rest, they will be picked up and taken to dinner and a Flamenco Show. Next day, they experience custom hands-on cooking with Maria for a typical Andalucian lunch with wine.

What is in store the next day is an afternoon of Tapas and Spanish wine tasting with Steve Ochman of the Wine Institute of Sussex.

The last day is spent demonstrating their new acquired cooking skills and with Christopher, they create a dinner for 6 locals at Casa Cebadillas.

The following morning they are met by their private driver to return to the Malaga airport.
