Chunky Hummus - the easy way

Recipe for Extra Easy Hummus
INGREDIENTS:
1-1/2 (15 ounce) cans cooked garbanzo beans, drained, liquid reserved 1-1/2 cloves garlic, crushed
1 tablespoon ground cumin ½ tsp Syrian spice (Pimienta Jamaican or Allspice) 3/4 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon and 1-1/2teaspoons olive oil ½ lemon juice or to taste 2 tsp of Tahini paste or toasted sesame seeds (optional)
DIRECTIONS:
For 4-6 folks as appetizers 1. In a blender or food processor combine garbanzo beans, half the garbanzo liquid, garlic, cumin, salt and olive oil. Blend or Pulse on low speed, gradually adding reserved bean liquid OR DRIZZLE IN OLIVE OIL!, until desired consistency is achieved. Don't over blend unless you like it smooth! Blend to whatever course/smooth consistency desired.
