Chopped Beef in Cabbage

500 gr chopped beef cabbage in fine shreds (½ a head) 4 carrots in slices 1 big onion chopped Salt and pepper 1 meat cube A little cream and/or water
Put all in a saucepan and let boil until the cabbage is done and the carrots still a bit crisp.
To be served with potatoes or a tortilla.
You can add champignons.
Can also be used to filled pancakes with cheese on top.
