Belfast Group Demands Encore!

OK so I told you that we were closed, cerrado, finito for the season! A wonderful group of hikers from Belfast have asked if we could squeeze in just ONE MORE Path to Paella. Of Course we said yes! So tomorrow, Monday, will be absolutely the final no more this year Path to Paella. We will take photos and post on Facebook.

We received feedback from a couple of prior students who said that the Path to Paella class really enhanced their experience as they continued to travel in Spain because they were able to identify what flavor principles were used in the paella they had in other establishments. Also our Culinary Students have found that the Culinary Week, gives them the ability to order from menus based on regional differences. This can make your holiday much more enjoyable and take some of the mystery out of "What to Order"!
