Asparagus on the Grill

This is a simple and great way to serve asparagus as a side dish or even as an appetizer!

Fire up your BBQ grill until coals are gray and the grill is very hot. While you are waiting, marinate asparagus in olive oil. When your grill is ready, place asparagus on the grill and turn with tongs until it develops small "charred marks" and is beginning to get soft. Remove from the grill and sprinkle with balsamic vinegar and kosher salt and serve. YUM
