Main Course One-Dish, Casseroles, Dishes for a Crowd and Stews

Although you will find many recipes from Spain here, many of us bring recipes from our home country. We find that living here in Spain, cooking for a crowd or one-dish recipes are not only easy and good for budget cooking; however, our Spanish neighbors are much more fascinated with the dishes we present from our home country rather than if we attempt to prepare their local culinary dishes using recipes from Spain. Once we made a wonderful Paella and their reaction was "bueno" BUT when we presented a Shepard's Pie there were shrieks for the neighbors to come sample this dish. Since this website is focused on a recipes from all over the world, please submit your favorite! On the bottom of this page is the area you can submit your favorite recipe.
