He was awarded first prize in the Classic Cuisine competition in Seattle. Christopher and Arthur are the authors of the new cookbook Dinner for Six at 8:00 featuring twelve top featured dinners from Casa Cebadillas.

Arthur Knighton shares nineteen years restaurant catering experience serving customers from the Marriott Fine Dining and the famous Seattle Pike Street Market. Arthur is also the co-author of the cookbook Dinner for Six at 8:00 where he shares tips and ideas to assure that your guests have the best possible experience while dining with you. His attention to detail to assure all guests have the best experience possible, assures that your acquired skills will be utilized in the best way possible.
