Chef Christopher Carnrick is the former owner of two Seattle restaurants; Mame’s Cabaret Dinner Theatre and Speedy Gonzales Mexican Cuisine which received 4 stars from Gourmet Notebook, featured on N.W. Afternoon TV, HGTV House Hunters International and received accolades from the Seattle Times, Seattle Weekly, S.G.N. And Post Intellingencer newspapers. He was awarded first prize in the Classic Cuisine competition in Seattle. Christopher and Arthur are the authors of the new cookbook Dinner for Six at 8:00 featuring twelve top featured dinners from Casa Cebadillas.

Wine critic and educator Steve Ochman, discusses different vintages of wine in Spain and how to discern good quality which does not mean high price!Director of the Wine Education Institute in Sussex, Steve has a monthly article on wine in Streetwise magazine and conducts tastings through out the Costa del Sol.
Arthur Knighton shares nineteen years restaurant catering experience serving customers from the Marriott Fine Dining and the famous Seattle Pike Street Market. Arthur is also the co-author of the cookbook Dinner for Six at 8:00 where he shares tips and ideas to assure that your guests have the best possible experience while dining with you. His attention to detail to assure all guests have the best experience possible, assures that your acquired skills will be utilized in the best way possible. Arthur was also featured on HGTV's House Hunters International "Remain in Spain"
